Gluten Free Coffee Brownie Recipe

Recently, a friend and I made some brownies that turned out amazing! (And yes, we did eat them all before taking photos). We kinda followed a recipe but ended up winging it. Here is what we did!

Ingredients:
225g of unsalted butter
100g of dark chocolate chopped into small pieces
150g of cocoa powder
4 eggs
450g of caster sugar
100g of white chocolate chopped into small pieces
100g hazelnuts chopped into small pieces
3 tablespoons of strong coffee
150g of gluten-free plain flour

Method:

1: Preheat oven to 180 degrees (350 Fahrenheit or gas mark 4).
2: Line a 20cm square tin with baking paper.
3: Melt the butter in a saucepan. Once off the heat, add the dark chocolate and mix until fully melted.
4: Transfer to a small bowl and add the sifted cocoa powder.
5: In a big bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together.
6: Fold the cocoa mixture and plain gluten-free flour into the big bowl.
7: Add the white chocolate, hazelnuts and coffee. Mix well.
8: Add the mixture to the tin and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

And there you go! Let me know if you try the recipe, I love to see pictures of cake!

Bye guys! Speak to you all soon.
