Bombshell- 15

Bombshell is a film based on Fox News, specifically the lawsuit around sexual harassment against Roger Ailes where a number of women come forward. Based on a true story, it is an amazing story of feminism in the 21st century and how a lot still needs to be done to expose sexual harassment against both males and females in today's society.

I went to see this film with four other friends, at the local Odeon, after going to Nandos. Yum!

There are a number of well-known actors in this film, however, my favourite is Margot Robbie, who played Kayla Pospisil.

Margot Robbie has been in a massive number of films in the last few years, including Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Mary Queen of Scots and I, Tonya. However, I mainly remember her from when she was 17 years old and played Donna Freedman in Neighbours, an Australian show she was in for three years.

There are a number of parts of this film that I loved, but I think the main bit was the overall story of people standing up against something that is ingrained in society, but not right. The film did such a good job at showing how difficult it was for everyone affected to stand up and make sure it did not affect any more people. It opened my eyes on an issue that I kind of knew about, but was not fully aware of.

This film is the kind of film that most people would only watch once, however, I would love to watch it again at some point soon.

I would definitely recommend watching the film! It is quite a serious film, so may not be everyone's cup of tea, but you should definitely give it a chance.
