May half term

Over half term, I was able to go and volunteer at big church day out. Big church day out is a Christian music festival and is the biggest Christian gathering in Europe. It was so great to be involved in the atmosphere, be able to serve, and be able to worship God.

I went to BCDO with most of the YFC One Team and sharing a really big tent with the girls was a lot of fun. We had all our food provided and started the mornings with a devotion to get us ready for the day. It was a great way to meet other people from all over the country who loved serving God. It was also so much fun to spend my birthday with this group!

At BCDO I was on the ticketing team, which meant that I was mainly working in the morning helping people buy tickets and get into the festival. This gave me lots of free time on most evenings to go to the different stages and listen to the music.

After BCDO, I went straight to Scotland on an overnight coach to visit my grandpa and see my mum and brothers who were already there. This was a great relaxing week playing board games, walking the dog and sleep!

I love going to Pitlochry. I have such great memories with my Grandma and Grandpa, and it's such a quiet, relaxing place to have a break before going back to the craziness of life.

Prayer points:
That everyone who went to BCDO was able to connect with God and continue worshiping God now they are home.
