December films '18

December was a crazy month for me, as I’m sure it was for many. But I did get a chance to go to the cinema twice. Here are the films I watched!

The Grinch. U.

The Grinch lives with his dog, Max, avoiding everyone in town. The one thing he hates the most is Christmas. This year he decides to plan a way to steal Christmas from everyone in town.

I used to watch the 2000 version of this film all the time, so was quite excited! I went with a couple of friends and we all enjoyed the film. I was a great feel-good film ready to get us into the Christmas Spirit.

Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald. 12A.

A prequel to the Harry Potter series, and a sequel to the first Fantastic Beasts film, continues to look at the adventures of fantastic beast enthusiast Newt Scamander.

As a massive fan of Harry Potter, I was really excited to see this film but was away when it came out. By the time I’d come back, all my friends had already watched it, so I waited until someone could come with me. Towards the end of December, all my housemates went home, so I was home alone and went a bit insane due to lack of human contact so went on my first solo cinema trip to watch this. I’ve definitely changed my find on solo cinema trips, and more open to them now. I ended going to this film, and it's not like your able to talk to others in the showing anyway.

Bye guys! Speak to you all soon.
